By accessing or using LedgerKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

LedgerKit is a multi-tenant business management SaaS platform that provides transaction tracking, employee management, payroll processing, inventory management, reporting, and accounting tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
